Blake Herman founded Blackline Builders on the same principles that defined his 20-year career in the fire service — integrity, accountability, and a commitment to getting the job done right. In the fire service, shortcuts aren't an option, and Blake brings that same no-compromise mindset to every project he takes on.

Transitioning from the firehouse to the field, Blake brought his leadership experience and calm under pressure into building a company that Santa Barbara homeowners can rely on. Hands-on and personally invested in every build, Blake leads Blackline Builders with dedication and integrity.
